Restoring TrueVPN Subscriptions.
In order to restore your purchases, Please follow these instructions carefully.
TrueVPN for iOS
- Make sure to have latest release of TrueVPN
- Open TrueVPN app and login to your account.
- From top-left corner, Tap on your profile picture to go to TrueVPN Options.
- From Options, Tap on your account name email to go to account options.
- From Account Settings, Tap on Subscription.
- Once plans shows up, Tap Restore Purchase Button.
TrueVPN for macOS
- Make sure to have latest TrueVPN update installed.
- Open TrueVPN app and login to your account.
- From top-left corner, Tap on your profile picture to go to TrueVPN Options.
- Then, Navigate to Account Tap
- Click at Manage Subscription or Change Plan to show up plans
- Once Plans appears, Click at Restore Button
